蛹虫草发酵物对威宁牛生长性能和血清免疫功能的影响

摘要:

[目的]开发新型中草药饲粮,为饲料替抗和肉牛健康养殖提供科学依据。[方法]选取40头健康、体重相近(200±10 kg)的12月龄威宁牛,随机分为4组(每组10头),分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组,CK)及添加0.8%(T1组)、1.5%(T2组)、2.2%(T3组)蛹虫草发酵物的饲粮,预试期15 d,正试期90 d。测定各组牛的体重、采食量、体尺等生长性能指标以及血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)含量。[结果]T2组(1.5%添加量)威宁牛的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),较CK组提高12.27%,料重比较CK组显著降低19.64%(P<0.05);90 d时,血清中IgG、IgA、IgM含量较CK组分别显著提高30.14%、46.15%、40.91%(P<0.05)。[结论]蛹虫草发酵物的适宜添加量为1.5%,能明显提升威宁牛的免疫功能。

Abstract:

[Objectives]A new type of herbal feed was developed to provide scientific basis for the replacing antibiotics with feed and the healthy farming of beef cattle. [Methods]40 healthy and approximately weighted 200 ± 10 kg and 12-month-old Weining cattle were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 cattle in each group. They were fed with basic diet(control group, CK) and diet supplemented with 0.8%(T1 group), 1.5%(T2 group), and 2.2%(T3 group) fermented Cordyceps militaris, respectively. The pre-test period was 15 days, and the main test period was 90 days. The indexes of growth performance including body weight, feed intake and body size, and the content of immunoglobulins including IgG, IgA and IgM in serum of each group of cattle were measured. [Results]The average daily weight gain of Weining cattle in the T2 group was significantly increased(P<0.05), with an increase of 12.27% compared to that in the CK group. The feed-to-weight ratio of the T2 group was significantly reduced by 19.64% compared to that of the CK group(P<0.05). The content of IgG, IgA, and IgM in the serum of the T2 group at 90 days was significantly increased by 30.14%, 46.15%, and 40.91%, respectively, compared to that of the CK group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]The appropriate addition amount of fermentation product of Cordyceps militaris is 1.5%, which can significantly enhance the immune function of Weining cattle.
