坝上长尾鸡与绿壳蛋鸡0~7周龄生长发育比较

摘要:

[目的]为了保护坝上长尾鸡的优良种质资源,引进黑色素含量高、营养保健价值更高的绿壳蛋鸡,进行杂交培育新型坝上长尾鸡品系,扩大饲养量,提高坝上长尾鸡的养殖效益。[方法]早上饲喂前(即鸡空腹时),在坝上长尾鸡群和绿壳蛋鸡鸡群中分别随机挑选50只鸡用电子秤逐只称重,并做好记录;同时,测定其胫长、胫围、体斜长、胸骨长、胸宽、胸深、胸围,比较坝上长尾鸡与绿壳蛋鸡0~7周龄的生长发育情况。[结果]坝上长尾鸡只有胸骨长增长速度高于绿壳蛋鸡,绿壳蛋鸡体重和体斜长、胫长、胫围、胸宽、胸深、胸宽、胸围增长速度明显高于坝上长尾鸡。[结论]通过杂交选育可提高坝上长尾鸡新品系的生产性能。

Abstract:

[Objectives] In order to protect the excellent germplasm resources of Bashang long tail chicken,Green-shelled hens with high melanin content and higher nutritional and health care value were introduced,and new Bashang long tail chicken strains were crossbred to expand the breeding amount and improve the breeding benefits of Bashang long tail chicken.Improve the breeding efficiency of bashang longtail chicken.[Methods] Before morning feeding(i.e when fasting),50 chickens were randomly selected from longtail chickens and green shell laying hens and recorded with the electronic scale.Meanwhile,the length, ticircumference,body oblique length,sternum length,chest width,chest depth and chest circumference,and compare the growth and development of tail chickens and green shell laying hens from 0 to 7 weeks.[Results] Only the sternal length grows faster than the Greenshelled hens,the growth rate of body weight,body skew length,tibial length,tibial circumference,chest width,chest depth,chest width and chest circumference of green shell laying hens were significantly higher than that of Bashang long-tail chickens.[Conclusions] The production performance of Bashang long-tail chickens could be improved by crossbreeding.
