[目的]为红枣在动物生产养殖中的饲料化利用提供理论依据。[方法]从文献角度综述我国红枣资源量、红枣营养价值、国内外对红枣资源的利用现状,概述红枣用作饲料原料在猪、反刍动物、家禽等养殖业中的应用情况。[结果]我国是红枣的原产国,红枣种植面积大、分布广,年产量约为746万t,残次红枣产量约为149万t。红枣中富含36种微量元素、18种氨基酸、多种维生素和活性成分。蛋白质含量低且利用率不高,缺乏成熟的加工技术和机械设备,缺乏红枣原料标准和饲用规范,枣渣、枣皮、枣核作为红枣加工后的副产物,目前均未被充分利用,资源浪费巨大。[结论]红枣营养价值丰富,具有作为饲料化利用的潜力,若将其充分饲料化利用,既能缓解因常规饲料短缺制约畜牧业发展的瓶颈,又能减少环境污染、提高枣农收益。
Abstract:[Objectives] To provide a theoretical basis for the fodder utilization of jujube in animal production and breeding.[Methods] The resources,nutritional value and utilization status of jujube in China and abroad were reviewed,and the application of jujube as feed material in pig,ruminant and poultry breeding was summarized.[Results] China is the original country of jujube,the planting area of jujube is large and widely distributed,with the annual yield of jujube being about 7.46 million t,and the residual yield of jujube being about 1.49 million t.Jujube is rich in 36 kinds of trace elements,18 kinds of amino acids,vitamins and active ingredients.Low protein content and low utilization rate,lack of mature processing technology and machinery equipment,lack of raw material standards and feeding standards of jujube,jujube residue,jujube skin,and jujube kernel as the by-products of jujube processing are not fully utilized at present,a huge waste of resources.[Conclusions] Jujube is rich in nutritional value and has the potential of being used as fodder.If it is fully used as fodder,it can not only alleviate the bottleneck of animal husbandry development restricted by the shortage of conventional fodder,but also reduce environmental pollution and improve the income of jujube farmers.
